Stax records! Where Ottis redding recorded!  Didn't get to go in but passed it leavin town in Memphis. My favorite (non-edible) part of memphis was the civil rights museum and the memorial to Dr Martin Luther King Jr.  I highly recommend visiting the museum if you get the chance, it is extremely moving, we were very lucky to have come across it. Again, going by bike is really the best way to explore a city!!
